We are looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Developer to join an ongoing FinTech project.
The project focuses on building a platform that improves collaboration and relationship management between lenders and brokers. It is a product-oriented environment with continuous development, including new features, maintenance, and onboarding of new clients.
You will join a team working on a production system, where scalability, performance, and clean architecture are key.

🧠 Your responsibilities
- design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications
- build and extend backend services using Node.js
- develop frontend features
- collaborate on architecture and technical decisions
- ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the system
- write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
- contribute to feature development, maintenance, and product improvements
🧩 Must haves
- minimum 7 years of commercial experience in software development
- strong experience with Node.js
- strong experience with React, Next.js or Angular
- very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- experience working with MongoDB
- experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- experience working on production systems
- strong understanding of software architecture and best practices
- high level of independence and ownership
- very good communication skills

- experience with deployment platforms (e.g. Render)
- experience in FinTech projects
